Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped from ChriStyles Boutique via USPS in the United States.

When ordering please ensure that your address and contact information is correct. We are not responsible for any lost packages on orders with incorrect information. Any items that are undelivered and returned to us will be refunded for the item price - shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you are not home at the time of delivery a slip will be left by the USPS for pickup. If the item is not picked up in a timely manner the package will be shipped back to us. In this case, there will be a lost in shipping payment. Once unclaimed package is returned to us, we will refund account for the amount of the item - shipping cost is non-refundable.

ChriStyles Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by USPS.

Delivery is estimated 5-7 business days on items that are in stock. Shipping for custom or pre-ordered items may vary from 7-14 days.Some items occasionally sell out due to limited quantities. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be given for the full amount. We do not ship partial orders unless paid for by the customer.
